Program Description

East Los Angeles Recovery Center is a community based outpatient treatment program committed to the recovery of alcoholism, addiction and related problems.  East Los Angeles is certified by the State of California, and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.  We proved a comprehensive program of education, counseling and support services directed to promote lifestyle change.  Services are available in English and Spanish.

Based on a 12-step philosophy, individuals are presented the knowledge and skills necessary for their recovery, while family and significant others are give information and guidance to understand and support their continued recovery.

Proposition 36 allows first and second time, non-violent, simple drug possession offenders the opportunity to receive substance abuse treatment instead of incarceration.
