BHS is committed to providing quality care to all participants. Embracing the principals of continuous quality improvement, BHS conducts periodic surveys to determine satisfaction with our staff, facilities, and services.

Community Assessment Services Center (CASC)

South Bay- Counselor was very great and very helpful.

Boyle Heights- Very nice, quick and professional.

South Bay Family Recovery Center

I’m just starting my prop 36. I was nervous and scared but since coming here and talking with my counselor, I have begun to feel at ease.

Lincoln Heights Family Recovery Center

It is cool here at BHS. They are very understanding and treat us with respect.

Inglewood Community Recovery Center

After being 9 months in the program, I thank the program and my counselor for helping me progress physically and mentally, as well as to be social and stay away from problems that lead me to alcohol and drugs.

American Recovery Center

Drug Court - This is the best move I have made in my life. I’ve picked up so many tools and learned so much. The staff is great. I love everyone here. My life is going so good; I thank everyone and my god.

Prop 36 Outpatient - Recovery is better that the best life I could have dreamed possible. Thank you God.

Residential – I’m glad that ARC found me so that I can find myself.

Detox- Most of the staff was wonderful, my counselor was great as well. I thank everyone here for the support that I needed.

Redgate Memorial Recovery Center

Residential - It’s been a hell of a ride and I’m glad I was able to experience it. I’ve learned a lot about my self and for once in my life I honestly believe I have a chance of staying clean.

Detox – I wish I had made plans sooner to come in here.

Patterns

Patterns is a good treatment center. All my needs are being met. The staff is very cordial with answering questions so far my stay here has been a pleasant and fruitful one.

Pacifica House

I couldn’t be in a better place than this, besides going home. Best choice I’ve ever made for “myself”.
